This Privacy Policy explains how Enjoy Digital LLC, doing business as GOLDGCP ("GOLDGCP", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you use goldgcp.com, our app, cost estimators, AI assistant, client portal, phone, text and email (the "Services").

Do not include health or medical details in a request unless they are needed for the job (for example, an accessibility remodel). If you do, we use them only to handle your request.
How we use it
- To answer your request, match you with contractors, and send you confirmations and updates.
- To run the cost estimators, the AI assistant, the portal and your account.
- To review contractor applications, verify licenses and insurance, and manage GCP Pro subscriptions.
- To provide customer support and keep records of our communications.
- To keep the Services safe, prevent fraud and spam, and fix problems.
- To understand how the Services are used, in aggregate, and improve them.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
How we share it
- With matched contractors, at your direction. When you request quotes, you authorize us to share your name, phone number, email, ZIP code or area, and project details with up to 3 contractors matched to your request, so they can respond to it. Contractors must use this information only for your request, may not resell it, and must follow the law when they contact you.
- With service providers who work for us under contracts that limit their use of the data: hosting and security (Cloudflare), database and workflow automation (Directus and n8n, hosted on Railway), email (Resend), text messages and calls (Twilio), payments (Stripe), our AI service provider (DeepSeek) for the website assistant, the AI agents on Pros' websites, the AI tools in the Pro dashboard (which read that Pro's own client records to answer them) and for reviewing requests, team notifications (Telegram), so our team sees new requests right away, product analytics (PostHog, United States), push notifications (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging), and business tools we use to run GOLDGCP.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Text messaging: Mobile information and SMS opt-in/consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive texts from GOLDGCP applies only to GOLDGCP's own messages.
The AI assistant
Messages you send to the assistant, and the page you sent them from, are processed by our AI service provider to generate a reply. We keep chat transcripts to answer follow-up questions and improve the Services. Do not share passwords, payment card numbers or health information in the chat.
AI agents on Pros' websites
Some GCP Pros add a GOLDGCP AI chat agent to their own websites. When you chat with it, your messages and the page you are on are processed by GOLDGCP and our AI service provider to answer on that business's behalf. We do not keep these chat transcripts. Only if you agree to be contacted do we send your name, contact details and request to that business, and only to that business; it then uses them under its own policies. The chat runs in your browser tab, which keeps the conversation until you close it.
Cookies and analytics
We use only cookies that the Services need to work and stay secure, such as security cookies set by Cloudflare (for example `__cf_bm`), login cookies for the portal, and cookies set by Stripe during payment, and a referral cookie (gg_ref, kept 90 days) when you arrive through an affiliate link, so the affiliate who referred you can be credited. Your browser settings let you block cookies, but some features may stop working.
Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how people use the Services and to fix problems, for example where a request form is abandoned. PostHog sets a first-party cookie (its name starts with `ph_`) to recognize your browser across visits to goldgcp.com, and records page views, clicks and, on public pages, session recordings of how pages are used. Everything you type in a form is hidden from recordings, and we do not record the account, login or password-reset pages. When you sign in, your analytics are linked to your account so we can support you. PostHog processes this data for us under contract; it is not used for advertising and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising pixels. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not collect analytics from it.
Your choices and rights
- Sign in with Google. If you choose it, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us to create or open your account. We do not get your Google password or other Google data. You can also use an email and password instead.
- Push notifications. They are off until you turn them on in your account. Then we keep a device code from Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, linked to your account, to send the kinds of updates you chose (for example new leads, estimates or invoice reminders). Turn them off in your account or your browser settings at any time.
- Texts and email. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@goldgcp.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your request and answer within 45 days. If you live in a state with a privacy law that gives you more rights (such as the right to data portability or to opt out of sales, targeted advertising or profiling), we honor those rights as that law requires.
- Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If you are not satisfied with the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
- Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC browser signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information. (We do not sell or share it today.)
- Authorized agents. Where the law allows, an authorized agent can submit a request for you with proof of authorization.
- No discrimination. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests and messages: up to 3 years after your last activity, so we can handle follow-ups, disputes and records.
- Contractor files, verification results and subscription records: for the life of the account and up to 7 years after it ends, for tax, legal and safety reasons.
- Device and security logs: generally no more than 12 months.
We may keep information longer when the law requires it, or delete it sooner when you ask and we are allowed to.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable service providers to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone under 18 as a user. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where data is processed
GOLDGCP is based in the United States and serves US homeowners and contractors. Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries, with safeguards required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or on the Services.
