About GOLDGCP

What is GOLDGCP?

GOLDGCP, short for General Construction Platform, is a home-services construction platform based in Los Angeles. It matches homeowners in all 50 US states with three vetted, licensed contractors for each project. Every pro passes a six-step check, including state license verification and an insurance check. You see price ranges by ZIP code, pay in milestones released on approval, and track the work in a client portal.

How does GOLDGCP vet contractors?

Every contractor goes through six steps: state license verification (CSLB in California), a general liability and workers’ comp insurance check, a background and business check, a portfolio and past-project review, client reference calls, and onboarding with a quality score. Pros who pass earn the GCP Vetted Pro badge.
