These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by [Company legal name], doing business as GOLDGCP ("GOLDGCP"), to the mobile number you give us.
The GOLDGCP text program
- Program name: GOLDGCP project updates.
- What we send: confirmations of your quote request, updates when you are matched with contractors, appointment and project reminders, replies to your questions, and account and security messages. If you separately agree, we may also send occasional offers and tips.
- How often: message frequency varies with your project.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How you agree
You agree to receive texts by checking the unchecked text-message box on a GOLDGCP form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of using GOLDGCP. You can still request quotes without agreeing to texts.
Your consent covers messages from GOLDGCP only. Contractors you are matched with may contact you about your request by phone or email using the details you share; if a contractor wants to send you automated texts, they must ask for your consent themselves.
How to stop and get help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop GOLDGCP texts. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more texts unless you sign up again. You can also tell us by email or phone, and we will honor any reasonable request within 10 business days at most.

When we send texts
We send texts only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time, except for messages you ask for right away (such as a reply to your own text).
Your number is protected
Mobile information and SMS opt-in/consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Other terms
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us or reply STOP from that number so texts do not go to someone else.
