These terms apply to the GOLDGCP affiliate program run by Enjoy Digital LLC, doing business as GOLDGCP. By applying to or taking part in the program, you agree to them and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Joining the program
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Businesses can join through an authorized representative.
- We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Your referral link works only after we approve you.
- You choose a link code (goldgcp.com/yourcode). We may refuse or change a code that is misleading, offensive or uses someone else's trademark.
2. What you earn
- Commission. You earn 40% of each GCP Pro plan payment made by a Pro you referred, for that Pro's first 12 months of payments, unless a different rate or period is shown in your affiliate dashboard.
- What counts. Only plan payments the Pro actually makes and that are not refunded or reversed. Taxes, fees charged by payment processors and any other amounts are not included.
- Referral window. A Pro is your referral when they open your link, or type your code on the GCP Pro application, and apply within 90 days. If more than one affiliate refers the same Pro, the first referral counts.
- No commission on yourself, your own business or businesses you control; on Pros who were already GOLDGCP customers or applicants; on Pros we do not approve; or on payments that are refunded, disputed or charged back.
3. Payouts
- A commission becomes payable 30 days after the Pro's payment. We pay payable commissions monthly, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over.
- If a payment is refunded or reversed after we paid its commission, we deduct that commission from your next payouts.
- You must keep accurate payout details in your dashboard. We are not responsible for payouts sent to details you gave us.
4. Taxes
- Before your first payout you must provide a W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN (others). We may hold payouts until we receive it.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. We issue tax forms, such as Form 1099-NEC, when the law requires it.
5. How you may promote GOLDGCP
- Disclose your commission. Whenever you share your link or recommend GOLDGCP, clearly say that you earn a commission (for example: "I earn a commission if you join"), as the Federal Trade Commission requires.
- Be accurate. Describe GCP Pro only as our website does. Do not promise a number of leads, jobs, income, approval or results, and do not describe any fee or price that our website does not show.
- Not allowed: spam or unsolicited bulk messages; texts or calls without the recipient's consent; bidding on "GOLDGCP", "GCP Pro" or similar terms in search ads; ads or pages that look like they come from GOLDGCP; coupon or cashback sites; fake reviews; cookie stuffing, forced clicks or any other way of creating referrals that did not come from a real recommendation.
- You may not create accounts, apply as a Pro or make payments to earn commissions for yourself.
6. Ending or changing the program
- You can leave at any time by emailing info@goldgcp.com.
- We may suspend or end your participation at any time. If we end it because you broke these terms, you lose unpaid commissions. Otherwise we pay commissions earned before the end, under these terms.
- We may change the commission rate, the referral window or these terms. Changes apply to Pros referred after we post them, and we tell active affiliates by email at least 30 days before a change that reduces commissions.
7. Your relationship with GOLDGCP
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of GOLDGCP. You may not make promises or sign agreements for us.
- You may use our name and logo only to link to goldgcp.com, as we provide them, and you must stop if we ask.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under the program is limited to the commissions you earned in the 12 months before the claim. The dispute terms in our Terms of Service apply.
